My desire to paint in watercolours started in my teen years. I was inspired by visits to the Heffer Gallery in Cambridge and by my Uncle Horace - an Architect and also a very accomplished watercolourist.

I had no real desire to produce pictures worthy of approval by others but enjoyed drawing and painting 'plein-air'

Over the years many of my paintings have been bought or passed into the hands of others and are in several other countries.

Some are still stored away never seeing the light of day.

If you are interested in any particular picture contact me to see if it is still available or if there is a price attached to it!
